Delivery of the communication infrastructure according to the technical specification in Annex 1 to the tender specifications, on the optical route connecting • the starting point – Stod Municipal Authority, Sokolská 566, 33301 Stod (this is the beginning of the optical route) • the end point – Hradec Municipal Authority, Hradec 45, 33211 Hradec • the end point – Holýšov Municipal Authority, Square 5 May 32, 34562 Holýšov (this is the end of the optical route) Provision of service support - The supplier will provide basic service for defects on the optical route (e.g. cable interruption) for 20 years. - The Supplier undertakes to deal with incurred service incidents on the optical route in question in agreed time responses (guaranteed SLAs) for a period of 20 years.
