Description

Předmětem veřejné zakázky je a) dodávka licencí k softwarovému produktu na aplikační monitoring (dále také „monitoring“); b) implementace monitoringu u zadavatele zahrnující • vypracování implementačního projektu, • instalaci softwaru pro aplikační monitoring, • školení administrátorů, • vytvoření dashboardů, • vytvoření reportů, • konzultace k provozu a konfiguraci aplikačního monitoringu, • vytvoření dokumentace aplikačního monitoringu; c) poskytování služeb konzultační podpory k zajištění chodu monitoringu po dobu 5 let, a d) poskytování školících služeb k zajištění chodu monitoringu po dobu 5 let.
