Description

1. The subject of the contract is ‘Management of municipal waste from residential properties located in the municipality of Niedrzwica Duża and management of municipal waste from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point’ – 2 lots. 2. The subject-matter of the contract includes: Part 1: 1) management of municipal waste collected from owners of residential properties located in the municipality of Niedrzwica Duża with the following codes: 20 03 01, 20 01 99, 15 01 07, 20 01 01, 20 01 08, 20 02 01, 20 03 07, 20 01 23, 20 01 35*, 20 01 36 , 2) management of municipal waste from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point located at the waste water treatment plant in Niedrzwica Dużea at ul. Górki 43 A for waste with codes: 20 03 07, 20 01 01, 20 01 99, 17 01 07, 15 01 07, 20 01 39, 20 01 99 ex (domestic hearth ash), 16 01 03, 20 01 23*, 20 01 32, 20 01 21*, 20 01 10, 15 01 10*, 20 01 33*, 20 01 28, 20 01 35*, 20 01 36, 3) management of municipal waste from bell-type containers. 3. As at 31 July 2025, the number of residential properties from which waste was collected was 3 544. The number of people living on 31.07.2025 is 10 633 people. The assumed amount of waste to be processed during the order execution period is 8 199,800 Mg - this amount may change. The contracting authority shall set the total amount of waste to be managed during the period of performance of the contract at a minimum level of 5 000 Mg. 4. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 1 to the FTZ.
