The performance of the subject of the contract will take place in the Świętobór Forest District, cadastral plot No 307, Jeziorna district, Nowa Sól commune, Nowy Sól district, forest address: 14-09-1-02-122-x-00 and 14-09-1-02-122-i-00 and cadastral plot No 444, Jodłów district, Nowa Sól commune, Nowy Sól district. 3) This task includes the activities referred to in point. 4), which activities should meet the conditions indicated by the Ordering Party indicated in point. 5). 4) Removal of natural succession and regrowth includes: a) manual removal (cutting) of raids and undergrowths of trees and bushes and selected trees growing on the peatland indicated by the Ordering Party, b) removal of tree and bush regrowths that will rebound from the trunks after previously cut raids and undergrowths, c) lifting/exporting the cut biomass from the peatland on their own, d) making photographic documentation from the surface on which protective measures were taken. 5) Works referred to in point. 4) they should meet the following conditions: a) the height of the trunks - bushes and trees should be cut in the same way as the surface of the ground, leaving no protruding carps from which they can reflect the branches, b) when removing successions and regrowths, use: axes, cleavers, hand scythes, hand scythes, chainsaws, (c) technologies ensuring maximum protection of the soil and its cover shall be used during the work, (d) removal of biomass shall be carried out manually, along designated paths, to temporary storage areas and from there exported outside the peatland; in justified cases (only with the consent of the contracting authority) it is permissible to use a light tractor with wide tyres (reduction of pressure on the ground) in order to remove biomass from the place of its harvest (stricte from the peat bog), e) due to difficult access conditions to the peat bog, it is necessary to recognize the terrain and adapt the vehicles to local conditions, f) removal of the cut biomass together with other waste generated during the work is the responsibility of the Contractor. Removal of biomass (and other waste) should be done immediately after felling. The material scope of the services covered by the contracts referred to in the previous sentence shall not exceed 50% of the value of this contract. 8) Communication between the contracting authority and contractors takes place exclusively using electronic means of communication, via the electronic eProcurement platform, available at: https://eZarządenia.gov.pl. 9) Technical and organizational requirements for the use of the eProcurement platform are set out in the Regulations for the use of the eProcurement Platform (https://ezarządenia.gov.pl/pl/regulamin/#regulaminserwisu). 10) By entering the public procurement procedure, i.e. by registering or logging in free of charge (if you have an account on the eProcurement platform), the Contractor accepts the conditions for using the eProcurement platform set out in the Regulations and considers it binding.
