Обществената поръчка се изпълнява за нуждите на проект „Изграждане на Регионална система за управление на отпадъците в регион Велико Търново“, който се осъществява с финансовата подкрепа на Оперативна програма „Околна среда 2007—2013 г.“ съфинансирана от Европейския съюз чрез Европейския фонд за регионално развитие и Кохезионния фонд.
В обхвата на поръчката влиза доставката на експлоатационна механизация:
