Description

The aim of the TK is to conclude discount agreements with all appropriate pharmaceutical companies pursuant to Paragraph 130a(8) of the SGB V for the active ingredient Tapentadol.
The contract is concluded as part of the TK’s open-house procedure:
Individual negotiations on the content of the contract are not conducted and uniform conditions apply. The TK does not guarantee exclusivity to individual contractors. The maximum duration of the contract is 24 months starting on 01/05/2018. The contract will end on 30/04/2020 at the latest, irrespective of the date of conclusion of the contract. Accession to this open-house procedure is possible at any time during the duration of the contract. All further information can be found in the participation and contract documents. If the patent expires before 30/04/2020, the contract ends automatically at the end of the month in which the patent expires.
