Description

Das Gebäude besteht aus einer Tiefgarage und drei oberirdischen Geschossen. Die Tiefgarage wird in Stahlbetonbauweise erstellt. Die oberirdischen Geschosse werden weitgehend in Holzbauweise mit einem Treppenhauskern in Stahlbeton erstellt. Das gesamte Gebäude umgibt ein Laubengang mit Fluchttreppen. Die Gartenanlage wird als Spielbereich für die Nutzer des Gebäudes konzipiert.
