The subject of the contract is the provision of personal assistants for a disabled person for 4 persons , including 3 persons with a significant degree of combined disability (900 h), 1 person with a certificate of significant disability (180 h). Beneficiaries of the program were selected after environmental research by the MOPS in Pelplin. The structure of the services provided will include ongoing support in the functioning of the disabled person. The assistant's care will be provided through, among others, supervision over the proper course of the disabled person's day, providing them with mental and physical support, assistance in dealing with everyday matters, including physiological needs, serving meals, shopping, going for a walk, as well as general psychophysical development.
