Description

Award procedure: Articles 33, 60 et seq. of the Public Procurement Code.
The purpose of the contract is to carry out studies on preliminary projects, specifications, general functional specifications, impact assessments or expert reports. It must enable the Sesam-Vitale EIG to have technical assistance in functional analysis, functional architecture and professional expertise in the context of preliminary studies or definition studies. These studies cover the following functional areas: the working conditions of health professionals (outpatient medicine, health institutions, prescriptions, etc.); invoicing processes linked to compulsory and complementary health insurance (care pathways, pricing, nomenclatures, standard B2, etc.); the associated upstream (prior agreement, direct billing, care protocol, prescription, etc.) and downstream processes (liquidation, etc.); the management of health insurance contracts, rights and associated guarantees; map management (customisation, updating, opposition); administration, job supervision and decision-making follow-up.
