A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is contained in Annex I.2 to the SWZ and in the documents referred to in point 3.4. SWZ. 3. The subject of the contract must be performed in accordance with the design documentation and the Technical Specifications for the Execution and Acceptance of Works contained in Annex I.5 to the SWZ. 4. The Contracting Authority would like to inform you that for the scope specified above, the cost estimate (measurement) remuneration was adopted on the basis of the tender cost estimate contained in Annex I.1.A to the SWZ, which must be submitted together with the tender in accordance with point 6.1.6) of the SWZ . 5. The Contractor shall provide a guarantee for the works covered by the contract for a period of at least 48 months from the next day from the date of final acceptance and a warranty for defects in the works for a period exceeding the guarantee by 6 months. In accordance with Art. 1 of the Public Procurement Act, the Contracting Authority requires that the subject of the contract be carried out taking into account the requirements regarding accessibility for people with disabilities and design for all users, in particular in accordance with the principles of universal design referred to in the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities of 13 December 2006 (Journal of Laws 2012, item 1169 as amended). 10. The Ordering Party requires that the persons indicated by the Contractor who will participate in the performance of the contract and contact the Ordering Party during the performance of the subject of the contract speak Polish at a communicative level. In the event that the above-mentioned persons do not speak Polish, during the term of the contract and for the purpose of performing the subject of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to provide an interpreter at his own expense and with his own efforts. 3.12. Pursuant to Article 95 of the Public Procurement Act, the Contracting Authority requires the Contractor or Subcontractor to employ persons performing activities related to the performance of the contract on the basis of an employment relationship, consisting in: (a)execution of earthworks; b) execution of substructures; c) execution of the road surface, if the performance of these activities consists in performing work in the manner specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974.
