Description

The Municipality of Mol wishes to redevelop the sports site in order to give all sports clubs opportunities for the future while at the same time tackling the asbestos remediation problems of the sports site (i.e. the Project). Several steps have already been taken for this, from drawing up a master plan that has been refined to a preliminary design, an exploratory and descriptive soil investigation, supervision of the soil remediation expert (ABO nv) in the development of the soil remediation project and, on the other hand, aligning the remediation with the development of the sports site in accordance with the master plan. The municipality of Mol has chosen a scenario for the further implementation of the file. Consequently, the Municipality of Mol is currently looking for a Contractor who - starting from the approved preliminary design - will be responsible for the integral design and coordination work within the framework of the Project - i.e. the subject of the current Assignment (see below). More specifically, we are looking for a Contractor who can offer the necessary support and guidance to the Municipality of Mol in order to fully realize the Project through an integrated total approach. The Assignment includes several steps, in which the Contractor will take on a pulling and coordinating role in each step. The Contractor performs all the necessary tasks, convenes all the required meetings and carries out all the necessary study work to achieve the intended end goal. The Contractor shall ensure an adequate project approach so that each part of the Project is addressed proactively, if possible even in parallel with other ongoing parts.
