Description

The subject of the contract is the supply of 2 mobile videolaryngoscopes to the Independent Public Health Care Unit of the Jędrzej Śniadecki Provincial Hospital in Białystok. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract, specifying the technical and functional parameters and requirements, is contained in Annex 2 to the SWZ – Assortment and Price Form. Detailed conditions for the performance of the subject-matter of the contract have been included in the draft contract constituting Annex 8 to the FTZ.
