In addition to the above, the following would form part of the subject matter of the contract: - Supply of spare parts for the main materials. - Assembly and installation and maintenance services. Depending on the subject of the derivative contract, the assembly and installation of the materials to be supplied and/or associated preventive/corrective maintenance services may be required.
