Description

The district of Bad Tölz - Wolfratshausen intends to expand the Isar-Loisach Realschule in Wolfratshausen (Building A) to a total of 34 classes, taking into account a comprehensive energy renovation, and at the same time to build a single sports hall as a WU component with six above-ground classrooms in wood module or hybrid construction. For this purpose, the services P2/P4-23 Flooring works are requested here in BA 3 for the renovation and extension of the main building A. Essentially, the following services are to be provided: - Surface preparation Cement screed incl. grinding and spatula: 1,390 m ² - waterproofing floor surfaces W3-I: 90 m ² - waterproofing floor surfaces W2-I: 55 m ² - Rubber flooring, R9 or R10: 1.210 m ² - Linoleum flooring, 4.0 mm: 100 m ² - SPC-Vinyl Flooring: 80 m ² - Spruce sockelleists, solid, lacquered: 300 m - Rubber base: 420 m - Hollow rubber base: 160 m - Linoleum socket: 120 m - Elastic joint: 1,050 m
