The subject of the contract is the regular supply of goods: Medicinal products for the use of FNTN I., including transport to the place of performance to the hospital pharmacy of the contracting authority, in its capacity as purchaser, on the basis of the orders issued and under the conditions laid down in the framework agreement during its term. Medicinal products indicated by the tenderer in its tender must meet the requirements of the contracting authority, meet the required criteria under the legislation in force and, according to the registration decision, be supplied in their original packaging. The description of the subject-matter of the contract is set out in Annex 1 to the specifications - Description and price of the subject-matter of the contract/contract.
