The subject of the framework agreement is the provision of services - in the form of individual contracts - for the project "E-learning platform for political communication". It aims to provide an interactive and practical online platform for political communication for the Konrad Adenauer Foundation e.V. (KAS) and to fill it with content. The need for digital education is growing and there is currently no comprehensive platform that specialises in political communication. The political communication knowledge of the KAS is thus to be processed in a structured manner and thus made practically applicable. Both at home and abroad, many KAS offices work together with communication managers or political activists, but there is no shared wealth of knowledge. New modules on the e-learning platform ensure that the state of knowledge remains up to date.
