Description

1. The subject matter of the contract includes the supply of hardware and software and a central UPS together with the adaptation of the room. 2. The contracting authority shall divide the subject-matter of the contract into three lots. The contractor may submit a tender for one or two or three lots. 3.1.The first part of the order includes the delivery of: - a portable computer – 19 PCs, - a docking station – 18 PCs, - a desktop computer in a small-size SFF type housing – 10 PCs, - a desktop computer in a small-size Terminal type housing – 14 PCs, - a monitor – 40 PCs, The description of the subject of the contract for the first part of the contract is contained in Annex 3.1 to the SWZ. Guarantee period for the subject of the contract: min. 36 months (guarantee period is a criterion for the evaluation of offers in accordance with point. 16.1. SWZ). 3.2. The second part of the contract includes the supply of a colour multifunctional device – 4 units and a mono multifunctional device – 3 units. 60-month warranty of the manufacturer of the device. In the event of notification of a failure/defect of multifunctional devices, the Ordering Party requires that the time to undertake repairs to remove the failure should be up to 2 hours or up to 3 hours or up to 4 hours from the moment of notification (criterion of evaluation of offers point 16 SWZ). The time taken to undertake the repair shall be understood as the time taken by the repair service to repair the equipment on site at the premises of the Ordering Party. The contracting authority shall allow partial tenders to be submitted. 6. The contracting authority shall not allow variants to be submitted. 7. The contracting authority does not provide for the award of contracts referred to in Art. 1 point 8 of the Public Procurement Act. 8. The ordering party for the third part requires an on-site inspection by the Contractor. 9. Submission of an offer must be preceded by an on-site visit. 10. Location of the on-site visit: Independence Avenue 33/35, 64-920 Saw. 11. An on-site visit is possible after prior appointment, on the following days: Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 14:30 . 12. Information from the on-site visit will be drawn up from the on-site visit – the template is attached as Annex 7 to the OTSC. 13.Submission of an offer without an on-site visit results in rejection of the offer pursuant to Art. 1 point 18 of the Public Procurement Act. 14.The Contracting Authority does not provide for the procedure provided for in Article 139 of the Public Procurement Act.
