Description

The purpose of the contract is the purchase of food products : Dairy products from cow's milk - Lot 1; Chicken, turkey, veal - Lot 2 ; Vegetables, fruit and nuts - Lot 3 ; Basic food - Lot 4 ; Eggs - Lot 5 and Bread - Lot 6, according to the tender specifications.The minimum and maximum quantities of the framework agreement and subsequent contracts are as specified in the tender specifications.In the event of termination of the subsequent contract, following the breach of the contractual clauses, the contracting authority will proceed to award the subsequent contract in cascade, in the order of the ranking resulting from the evaluation. Frequency and value of contracts to be awarded: Subsequent contracts will be concluded for a period of 6 months with tenderers ranked 1st or, as the case may be, 2nd and 3rd. The minimum and maximum quantities set by the contracting authority are those specified in the tender specifications and represent estimates of quantities that could be purchased during the entire framework agreement and not the exact quantities that will be purchased.To the extent that requests for clarifications or additional information have been sent to the contracting authority within the time limit in point I.3,the time limit within which the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/supplementary information on the 11th day before the closing date for the submission of tenders.Number of days by which clarifications may be requested before the closing date for the submission of tenders.18The contracting authority's reply will be sent no later than the 11th day before the closing date for the submission of tenders.
