Description

Der erste Baustein umfasst die Ermittlung der relevanten Informationen und Daten. Diese sollen anschließend in erste überschlägige Nutzungskonzeptionen überführt werden, um hieraus grundlegende Schlussfolgerungen für die Konfiguration des Gewerbebesatzes und die Entwicklung des Quartiers tätigen zu können (Funktionen der Teilräume, Positionierung von Ankermietern, Synergien, bauliche Anforderungen, etc.)
Der zweite Baustein umfasst die Entwicklung einer Nutzungsvision aufbauend auf den ermittelten Daten sowie das erforderliche branding zur Implementierung dieser Vision.
