Concours "sur esquisse +" pour la construction d'un bâtiment en R+1 - Rue des Fougères à VEIGNE (Indre et Loire). A l'issue du concours, l'attributaire se verra attribuer les missions suivantes : - la conception, la réalisation du projet et le suivi des travaux liés à la construction du bâtiment rue des Fougères, - la prise en charge de l'ensemble des démarches administratives rendues nécessaires par l'exécution du présent marché, - la constitution et le dépôt des dossiers des demandes de permis de construire et de tout autre document d'urbanisme ou administratif nécessaire à la réalisation de l'opération.
