The subject matter of this contract is the conclusion of a contract with a single contractor following a procedure under Article 18(1)(1) of the Public Procurement Act (ZOP) for the selection of an active net electricity supplier and a coordinator of a balancing group for sites provided for the management of the Shiroka Laka State Forestry Company, a territorial division of the South-Central State Enterprise in the town of Smolyan, as well as the implementation of all activities in accordance with the requirements of the contracting authority, detailed in the Technical Specifications.
