1. The subject of the contract is the comprehensive provision of services in the field of organization of: - two meetings of the Convention of the Marshals of the Voivodships of the Republic of Poland, - one meeting of the Convention of the Presidents of the Sejmiks of the Voivodships of the Republic of Poland, - one meeting of the Convention of the Secretaries of the Voivodships, - meetings of expert teams. 2. Within the organization, the Contractor will provide services in the field of: − rental of conference rooms equipped with the necessary audiovisual equipment and technical support, − accommodation, − catering, − transport in the Łódź Voivodeship, − provision of information and promotional materials, − presentation of the potential, cultural and social achievements, traditions and values of the Łódź Voivodeship (in the form of activity or performance or study visit), − provision of conference and exhibition materials.
