The subject of the contract is the purchase and supply of a new (unused) commercial vehicle of one (1) unit for the purposes of the Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs and the Family of the Slovak Republic (hereinafter also referred to as ‘MPSVR SR’ or ‘the contracting authority’) and the provision of a guarantee for that vehicle according to the technical specification.
