Description

The objective of the acquisition is the acquisition of a fire extinguishing vehicle with water and foam capacity 4,000 liters in a financial leasing system for a period of 60 months in equal installments that will help improve the efficiency of interventions, comply with legal requirements and ensure a high level of safety for the entire community. NOTE: Deadlines for submission/reply to requests for clarifications/additional information: A. In accordance with Article 160(1) of Law No 98/2016, as amended, the deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the tender documentation is 20 days before the deadline for the submission of tenders; B. In accordance with Article 160(2) of Law No 98/2016, as amended, the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications on a single day, namely the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders, in a consolidated reply, to the extent that the requests for clarifications are submitted within the specified deadline.
