Description
1. The subject of the contract is the provision of a service consisting in the management of municipal waste collected by the entity receiving the waste, selected through a separate tender, from real estate areas located in the Commune of Dębnica Kaszubska and the management of waste from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point in Dębnica Kaszubska. 2. The place of disposal of municipal waste will be a municipal installation located in the Pomeranian Voivodeship. 3. Estimated amount of waste to be managed: 2632.93 Mg. 4. Conditions for participation relating to technical or professional capacity – this condition shall be deemed to be met if the Contractor demonstrates that he has at his disposal: a municipal installation complying with environmental protection requirements or the requirements laid down for such an installation, b) an installation for the mechanical-biological treatment of mixed municipal waste (MBP), c) an installation for the composting of green and biodegradable waste, d) an installation for the landfilling of waste resulting from the mechanical-biological treatment of municipal waste and residues from the sorting of waste.
