The name, article number and manufacturer of the product offered shall be indicated to the Bidders in the Commercial Offer. AT treats the net unit price offered by AT, as well as the name, article number and manufacturer of the product offered as basic AK data. Failure to include the technical tender in the tender submitted prior to the opening shall render the tender INVALID.
