1) The subject of the contract is: ‘Comprehensive maintenance of order and cleanliness in the facilities of the Opole University of Technology’. 2) A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in the annexes: - Description of the subject of the contract - Annex 1a to the Invitation; - List of activities for all facilities - Annex 1b to the Invitation; - List of facilities - Annex 1c to the Invitation; - Instructions for use of the hall – Annex 1d to the Invitation. As part of the performance of the subject-matter of the contract, the Contractor shall be required to: Guaranteed order: comprehensive maintenance of order and cleanliness in the facilities of the Opole University of Technology; provide at their own expense cleaning products, disinfectants, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. necessary for the performance of the contract. Optional contract No 1, 2, 3: Relying on the implementation of the same scope as the contract guaranteed on the following dates: a) Guaranteed order: from the date of conclusion of the contract to 31.03.2025 b) Optional Order No. 1: from 01.04.2025 to 30.04.2025 (c) Optional contract No 2: from 01.05.2025 to 31.05.2025 (d) Optional contract No 3: from 01.06.2025 to 30.06.2025. Optional orders will be launched by a separate order within 7 days before the start of their implementation. The Ordering Party does not guarantee the execution of optional orders.
