Description

1. The subject of the contract is long-term rental of passenger cars, including: 1) 14 passenger cars in the LCV small segment; 2) 4 passenger cars in the LCV segment large - lamellar; 3) 1 car in the BUS passenger segment; 4) 16 passenger cars in the C segment FULL HYBRID; 5) 4 passenger cars in segment D. 2.The subject of the order was divided into 5 parts: 1) Part 1 of the subject of the contract - rental of 14 passenger cars in the LCV small segment; 2) Part 2 of the subject of the contract - rental of 4 passenger cars in the LCV segment large - tin; 3) Part 3 of the subject of the contract – rental of 1 car in the BUS passenger segment; 4) Lot 4 of the subject of the contract – lease of 16 passenger cars in segment C FULL HYBRID; 5) Part 5 of the subject of the contract - rental of 4 passenger cars in segment D. 3. The procurement procedure is conducted in an open tender procedure on the basis of the Public Procurement Law Act of 11 September 2019 (Journal of Laws 2023, item 1605, as amended), hereinafter referred to as ‘the PPL’ or ‘the PPL’. The contract in question is a sectoral contract. 4. Detailed requirements for the contract are contained in the SWZ and annexes to the SWZ, which form an integral part of it.
