The municipality of Stein intends to conclude a leasehold and building agreement with one market party for the realisation and operation of a combined tennis and padel complex at the location of the current tennis association LTV Stein (address: Stadhouderslaan 250 in Stein). 2. The proposed agreement concerns the intention to: • Establishment of a new leasehold and building right for one commercial party that will realise both the construction of 4 padel courts and the operation of tennis and padel on the site. • The operator shall realise and operate the facilities entirely at his own expense and risk. • The ground rent is € 7,958 per year (in accordance with the valuation report). The intended location concerns the site of the current tennis club LTV Stein, located at Stadhouderslaan 250 in Stein, next to the town hall and the Steinerbos Recreation Park. The plot is municipal property and is currently issued in leasehold.
