Description

Доставката ще се осъществи по техническа спецификация с посочени количества, франкировка и брой контракти за ЦУ и за всяко ТП, за сметка на съответното ТП, за срок от 2г. Общи прогнозни количества на доставката: Бензин А95Н - 828 950л.; Бензин А98Н - 32 200л.; Дизел - 748 890л., Газ пропан-бутан - 736 100л., Метан - 2 700кг., Гориво за отопление - 5 000л. и смазочни материали и автоконсумативи на стойност до 5% от стойността на поръчката по всеки сключен борсов договор, вкл. в прогнозната й стойност. Броят на контрактите се определя съгласно франкировката за всяко населено място или продавач, съгласно техническата спецификация. Количествата са рамкови, с краен срок за изпълнение на доставката 24м., считано от сключване на съответния борсов договор или до достигане стойността на договора, което събитие настъпи първо. Възложителят не се ангажира да ги усвои изцяло в срока на договора, а доставчикът приема, че няма да има претенции, в случай, че обемът на ОП не бъде изпълнен изцяло.
