The subject of the contract is the implementation of the investment ‘Expansion of the Hospital Complex with the execution of the necessary investment tasks for the Hospital of Our Lady of Perpetual Help in Wołomin. Part II" covering the following ranges/options of the Hospital of Our Lady of Perpetual Help in Wołomin (05-200) Wołomin, ul. Gdynia 1/3 (hereinafter referred to as the Ordering Party) along with the reconstruction of land development elements within the limits of the development, taking into account the technical infrastructure necessary for its functioning and the supply of medical and non-medical equipment. The basic scope includes: a) execution of construction works of building A and part of the main building C, so as to adapt the functional layout to the current needs of the Ordering Party.
