Lot 16: The Burgenlandkreis intends to convert an object owned by it, including outdoor facilities, into a security centre for the Burgenlandkreis. This is to be carried out in two phases of construction. The first construction phase comprises the sub-objects Conversion of the former car dealership into a fire service centre as well as training areas and the new construction of the control centre.
