Description

Um das neue Medizinkonzept für die München Klinik Harlaching umsetzen zu können und die damit notwendigen Sanierungs- und Erneuerungsmaßnahmen zu realisieren, benötigt die München Klinik Harlaching, auf Grund seiner veralteten baulichen Strukturen des Bestandes aus den 60iger Jahren, einen Ersatzneubau. Die Baumasse des Neubaus beträgt ca. 60.000 m² BGF. Die Baukörpergröße der Funktionsgeschosse (Erdgeschoss - 2. Obergeschoss) orientiert sich in seiner Ausdehnung an den Begrenzungen durch das Baufeld. Die Größe der Pflegebereiche (3.-5. Obergeschoss) ergibt sich aus der Vorgabe zwei Doppelstationen gemeinsam auf einem Geschoss mit bis zu 65 Betten pro Station unterbringen zu können. Die Gesamtbettenzahl beträgt ca. 550 Betten.
