Description

For the OSA programme, the municipality of Leiden needs engineering services specifically for the location on Archimedesweg in Leiden. This location will be rented by the municipality of Leiden as of 1 July 2024 and will make the aforementioned location suitable for the occupation by Ukrainian displaced persons. The locations where the Ukrainians are now housed will expire at the end of November 2024/January. For these dates, the move must take place. Before that time, the work to make the building suitable for habitation must be completed. The nature of the demand and the speed with which the engineering services have to be carried out makes it unrealistic to procure these services.
