Description

Invitation to tender for Skåp for hang apps and drawings (E) (Archives and storage solutions) (96-80-2013).
The central purchasing body of the State is responsible for the procurement activities of state purchasing coordination, which means that the central purchasing body of the State enters into coordinated framework agreements or other joint agreements which streamline procurement procedures for goods and services that public authorities often procure on a large scale or of high value. For more information on the central purchasing body of the State, see www.kammarkollegiet.se/statensinkopscentral
For further information on other procurement procedures, coordinated framework agreements and practical guidance, please refer to the Swedish PPC Framework Agreement Portal www.avropa.se
The central purchasing body of the State, as decided by the Government and after consulting the National Financial Management Authority (ESV), charges an administrative fee from framework contract suppliers for all sales under the respective framework agreement. Framework contract suppliers pay a fee that is currently 0.7 % of the net invoiced amount, i.e. the invoice value net of VAT.
Background and purpose of the contract:
In 2013, the central purchasing body of the State carried out a preliminary study on the need for a State coordinated framework agreement in the field of Archives and storage solutions.
The preparatory study concluded that there was a need for a State framework agreement in this area. The aim of the contract is to enable beneficiaries to call goods in a simple and efficient way, generating time and cost savings, and enabling purchases on favourable terms.
Subject of the contract:
The procurement covers goods in the area of Skåp for hanging apps and drawings such as lockers, vertical cabinets, flank cabinets, drawing cabinets, index cabinets, etc.
Other procurement contracts related to the area Archives and storage solutions:
This procurement and the procurement described below are commonly referred to as “Archives and storage solutions” and are procured separately for each area:
— (a) repository solutions for archives and museum stores, ref. 96-19-2014;
— (b) Library fittings, ref. 96-20-2014;
— (c) Postal and copying rooms and source sorting units, ref. 96-21-2014;
— (D) Low storage and small specialised cabinets, ref. 96-22-2014;
— (f) Receipts, laboratories and workshop environment, ref. 96-23-2014.
Volumes and options:
The central purchasing body of the State estimates the volume of Arkives and storage solutions at approximately SEK 30 000 000 per year. The estimated volume thus refers to all six (6) tenders mentioned above. The estimate is based on statistics from previous framework contracts and the findings of the preparatory study.
Please note that the turnover quoted is to be regarded as an indication only. The central purchasing body of the State cannot guarantee any sales volumes.
Award of framework contracts:
Framework contracts will be awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender. Framework contracts will be signed with a maximum of six (6) framework contractors.
Deadline for receipt of tenders:
The deadline for submission of tenders is 30.6.2014.
