The central purchasing body of the State, as decided by the Government and after consulting the National Financial Management Authority (ESV), charges an administrative fee from framework contract suppliers for all sales under the respective framework agreement. Volumes and options:
The central purchasing body of the State estimates the volume of Arkives and storage solutions at approximately SEK 30 000 000 per year. The estimated volume thus refers to all six (6) tenders mentioned above. The estimate is based on statistics from previous framework contracts and the findings of the preparatory study.

Award of framework contracts:
Framework contracts will be awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender. Framework contracts will be signed with a maximum of six (6) framework contractors.
