Description

Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Lieferung, Installation sowie Softwarepflege, Support und Schulung eines ITSM-Tools nach ITIL entsprechend des Anforderungskatalogs für das Landesrechenzentrum Steuern (SID-LRZS). Die Installation hat beim AG on-premise zu erfolgen, die on-premise-Installation sowie die entsprechenden Supportleistungen müssen durch den AN für mindestens fünf Jahre garantiert werden. Perspektivisch muss zudem der Übergang zu einer Cloud-Lösung möglich sein.
