Description

In 2015, an application for a building permit has already been submitted which, in addition to energy renovation and fire protection, essentially the restructuring of the 3 rd Og on dwellings suitable for age and provided for the installation of a lift. The building permit was issued on 21 September 2015.
The proposed concept of use must be adapted. The planning must include a reorganisation of the areas of use. There shall be a tectur in relation to the building permit. In this respect, additional planning is needed.
Support under Guideline LE/2014, point II(3)(dd) – ‘Vitale Dorfkerne and Ortzentrums in rural areas’ was applied for on 31 July 2018.
The award of the contract is subject to the condition that this funding is granted and is otherwise optional.
The total budget (CG 200-400, 600 and 7700) is estimated at around EUR 1535000,00 gross. The measure is expected to be implemented very quickly. The aim is to start construction by the beginning of 2019.
