Description

1. The subject of the contract is the provision by the Contractor of a comprehensive cleaning and cleaning service in the facilities of the Łódź Provincial Office in Łódź. 2. The subject-matter of the contract was divided into the following three lots: 1) Part I - Cleaning service in the facilities of the Łódź Provincial Office in Łódź located at ul. Piotrkowska 103, ul. Żeromskiego 87, ul. Gdańsk 73 and ul. Traugutta 25 in Łódź and window cleaning service in the building at ul. Piotrkowska 104 in Łódź 2) Part II - Cleaning service in rooms occupied by the Provincial Disability Resolution Team located at ul. Medical 6 in Łódź; 3) Part III - Cleaning service at the Łódź Provincial Office in Łódź located at ul. Pienistej 71 in Łódź (ground floor). 3. The detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract and the method of implementation for each of the three lots results from the content of Annex No 1 to the FTZ, as well as from the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex No 7 to the FTZ.
