Description

Der Psychiatrieverbund Oldenburger Land gGmbH beabsichtigt auf dem Gelände der Karl-Jaspers-Klinik in Bad Zwischenahn, Ortsteil Wehnen, Umbauarbeiten vorzunehmen. Das Baugrundstück liegt im Osten auf dem Klinikgelände des Fachkrankenhauses für Psychiatrie und Psychotherapie Die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsflächen erfolgt über die Hermann-Ehlers-Straße (Kreisverkehr). Das Baugrundstück wird von hier aus über eine interne Ringstraße erschlossen. Alle Bereiche der Leistungserbringung sind NICHT mehr in Betrieb und stehen zum Zeitpunkt des Baubeginns leer und wurden bauseits medienfrei geschaltet. Die Baumaßnahme sieht die Sanierung in der bestehenden Gebäudekubatur vor. Das angrenzende Klinkergebäude wurde abgebrochen
