Description

Le présent appel d'offres ouvert est soumis aux dispositions des articles R. 2124-2 1º et R. 2161-2 à R. 2161-5 du code de la commande publique. Les prestations feront l'objet d'un accord-cadre à bons de commande sans minimum, ni maximum en application des articles R. 2162-2, R. 2162-4 3º et R. 2162-13 à R. 2162-14 du code de la commande publique. La présente consultation concerne uniquement les lots nº 3, nº 4, nº 9 et nº 13. Les lots nº 3 et no 9 ont été déclarés sans suite, les lots nº 4 et nº 13 ont été déclarés infructueux et sont relancés avec des modifications dans le bordereau de prix unitaires. Le marché est conclu à compter de la date de notification au 31.12.2021.
