1. The subject of the contract is the implementation of the task entitled: ‘Modernisation of water supply infrastructure in the municipality of Łososina Dolna’, co-financed by the Programme: European Funds for Małopolska 2021-2027, Priority: European funds for the environment, Action: Developing the water and wastewater management system. 2. The subject matter of the task shall include in particular: • supply and installation of equipment and systems at water intakes, by: a. installation of modern flow meters, check valves and well manholes - 8 pcs. b. modernization of control cabinets (programmable controller, hydrostatic probe, conductor probe, frequency converter, video monitoring power supply, well manhole reed and cabinet doors) - 8 pcs. • supply and installation of equipment and systems for water tanks of 5 units and SUW - 2 units, by: a. installation of modern flow meters at the inlet and outlet of tanks – 10 pcs. b. modernization of control cabinets (programmable controller, hydrostatic probe, conductor probe, frequency inverter, video monitoring power supply, well manhole reed and cabinet doors) – 5 pcs. (on tanks) c. automation of UV lamp operation and sodium hypochlorite dosing system-3 pcs. on Bilsko, Łęki, Tabaszowa tanks d. installation of reeds on manholes and spherical cameras-5 pcs. on tanks e. modernization of control cabinets (incorporation into the new sada system, supply of a control cabinet to operate the treatment station, provision of information on the status of UV lamp, hypochlorine dosing system, water levels in wells and flows and the amount of water produced by wells, access control - 2 pcs. for SUW f. installation of reeds in the entrance door 2 pcs. for SUW • supply and installation of equipment and systems for hydrophore sets, through: a. supply and installation of pumps-8 pcs. b. modernization of control cabinets (programmable controller, frequency converter, telemetry controller, GPRS communication correlated with the SCADA system, video monitoring power supply, well manhole reed and cabinet doors)-8 pcs. c. installation of modern flow meters-8 pcs. d. installation of reeds on manholes and spherical cameras-8 pcs. • delivery and installation of flow meters, through: a. delivery and installation of flow meters on the water supply network-10 pcs b. construction of a hydraulic model of the water supply network divided into zones c. delivery of equipment together with software adapted to remote reading of flow meters • delivery and installation of a visualization system of objects, through: a. The execution of works and settlements with the Contractor will be carried out in two stages: STAGE I – including delivery and installation of equipment, adaptation of parts of network facilities in order to implement a management system, i.e. delivery and installation or adaptation of control cabinets and their connection to the SCADA system, and performance of parts of other delivery and installation works, the value of which, according to the Billing Elements Table attached to the Contractor's offer, does not exceed 40% of the gross remuneration for performance of the subject of the contract. The scope of the subject matter of the contract consisting of STAGE I is specified in the Material and Financial Schedule.
