Description

The Main-Taunus-Kreis intends to build a new building as a canteen and care facility for the Marxheim primary school. The entire new building is based on the former existing heights and cubatures and fits into the village character, the surrounding historical environment of Marxheim's old town. The four new gable roof buildings are connected with a single-storey flat roof building as the ground floor and with a basement and underground courtyards. The new building will be constructed in hybrid construction from solid and wooden components. Building class: 3 (special construction). Projectiles: 1.5 full storeys, basement. Construction: Reinforced concrete, KS masonry and timber frame construction. Dimensions W x L x H: 25.36 m x 35.74 m x 9.12 m (first height).
