Description

Eesti Oskuste Süsteemi 2. etapi tulemusel valmib oskuste teenuskeskkond, sh: 1. ühtne digitaalne platvorm tervikliku oskuste ja kutsete süsteemi (OsKus) koordineerimiseks; 2. personaliseeritud teenuste pakett; 3. digitaalne varasema õpi- ja töökogemuse arvestamise (VÕTA) lahendus; 4. AI-põhised tööriistad erinevate teenuskeskkonna protsesside tõhustamiseks; 5. teenuskeskkonna tugiprotsesse toetavad digilahendused; 6. lisaarendused ja hooldustööd. Hange koosneb kahest osast: I osa: Arendus ja hooldus II osa: Analüüs Raamlepingu kestus on 48 kuud, millest ligikaudu 24 kuud on planeeritud oskuste süsteemi teenuskeskkonna põhiarenduse eesmärkide täitmiseks.
