SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF DRINKS AND MATERIALS ASSOCIATED FOR BAR BENEFITS OF SPECTACLE ROOMS FREEDOM - L'ETAGE - LE MUSIKHALL GERÉE PAR CITEDIA METROPOLE A RENNES ET BRUZ (35) AT THE REPRESENTATIONS OF PUBLIC SPECTACLES The supplies of beverages concern: - non-alcoholic beverages: aerated and non-aerated mineral waters, fruit juices, sodas, sweetened beverages, energy drinks, fruit syrups - alcoholic beverages: beers, spirits, cider - hot drinks : filter coffee in sachets. Duration 12 months. The Framework Agreement may be renewed three times for a period of twelve months, tacitly, without its total duration, including renewal periods, exceeding four years. The Framework Agreement was concluded without a minimum and with a maximum value of € 250,000 excluding VAT/year. The estimated value and the maximum value are included renewals. No variants are allowed. The consultation does not include a P.S.E. Candidates have the possibility to make an optional visit to the sites on October 28, 2025 at 14:00 (see modalities of the visit in the consultation rules). Tenderers should note that the MusikHALL room is undergoing renovation work. It is currently closed and is scheduled to reopen between September and December 2028.
