Description

The subject matter of this contract includes: preparation of the available apparatus for upgrade and modernization; delivery of equipment for upgrade and modernization of existing magnetic resonance imaging to Multiprofile Hospital for Active Treatment Lozenets EAD, with address: Sofia, №1 Kozyak Str.; installation, installation, commissioning; performance of preliminary tests and functional tests; training of healthcare professionals; providing the necessary technical documentation, certificates of conformity and operating instructions in Bulgarian and warranty maintenance and delivery of the necessary parts and materials within the warranty period. The procurement involves the implementation of the following main activities: - preparation of the available apparatus for upgrade and modernization; - delivery of equipment for upgrade and modernization of existing magnetic resonance imaging to Multiprofile Hospital for Active Treatment Lozenets EAD, with address: Sofia, №1 Kozyak Str.; - installation, installation and commissioning; - performance of preliminary tests and functional tests; - training of medical specialists designated by the Employer in a place of work; - providing the necessary technical documentation, certificates of conformity and operating instructions in Bulgarian; - warranty maintenance and delivery of the necessary parts and materials within the warranty period The minimum warranty period is not less than 12 (twelve) months full warranty. The delivery period is not more than 180 (one hundred and eighty) calendar days from the date of the contracting letter from the Contracting Authority. The period for installation, adjustment, trial test, commissioning is not more than 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of delivery of the equipment. The training period for specialists is not more than 30 (thirty) calendar days after the commissioning of the equipment and according to a pre-agreed schedule with the Contracting Authority. At the time of the announcement of the public procurement contract, its financing has not been ensured, which is why the contract will be concluded conditionally, in accordance with Article 114 of the Public Procurement Act.
