Ordering operation support services related to the four video wall systems (DTÁM, VTÁM, HÜK, PMO) located at the seat of MAVIR ZRt. for a definite period from the entry into force of the contract until 31 December 2027. MAVIR ZRt. operates a total of four video wall systems at its headquarters: • VTÁM - Controllers Multifunctional General Display, • DTÁM - Dispatch Training Simulator Multifunctional General Display The structure of the two systems is the same, the difference is in the number of display units - cubes. The recently purchased 2 LCD video walls are as follows: • HÜK (Network Operations Centre) Display • PMO (Market Operations Department) Display In connection with all four video walls, it is necessary to conclude an operation support contract for maintenance and operation within the framework of this procurement. The contractor undertakes to organise and provide standby time on working days for 8 hours, 5 working days a week, within the framework of which the experts of MAVIR ZRt. can request professional assistance and on-site troubleshooting by pre-defined standby phone. Fixed duration of the service: In the case of DOM: 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2027 In the case of DTAM: 1 January 2025 30 June 2025 for HÜK: from the entry into force of the Treaty - 31 December 2027 For PMO: from the entry into force of the Treaty - 31 December 2027 The contracting authority is entitled to call on the optional services from the amount of the optional work-on-demand set out in point 1.4 of the draft contract and from the amount of the optional DTÁM video wall operation and maintenance support set out in point 1.5 of the draft contract.
