1. Short Description of the Subject of the Order: The subject of the contract includes the provision of services in the field of maintenance in constant technical efficiency of street lighting, specified in: a) ‘Lighting points list on the roads of the city of Świnoujście’, which is Annex No 6.2 to the SWZ, b) ‘Lighting cabinets list installed in the city of Świnoujście’, which is Annex No 6.3 to the SWZ, c) together with its power supply, to the extent specified in Annex No 6.4 to the SWZ, and d) performance of power construction works, as defined in the ‘Financial and material scope’, which is Annex No 6.1 to the SWZ (summary of unit prices), related to the removal of street lighting failures resulting from external causes caused, among others, by road collisions, acts of vandalism, etc. or related to the need to rebuild/build street lighting resulting from the need to adapt it to the applicable regulations and introduced changes in the communication system, improvement of conditions on the road, construction or reconstruction of the road, etc. The detailed subject and scope of the Agreement is specified in the Description of the Subject of the Order - Annex No. 10 to the SWZ.
