Description

1. Short Description of the subject of the order: The subject-matter of the contract includes the provision of services for the maintenance of the continuous technical efficiency of street lighting, specified in: a) the "List of lighting points on the roads of the city of Świnoujście" which is Annex No 6.2 to the SWZ, b) the "List of lighting cabinets installed in the city of Świnoujście" which is Annex No 6.3 to the SWZ, c) together with its power supply, to the extent specified in Annex No 6.4 to the SWZ and d) the execution of electrical construction works, specified in the "Financial and material scope" which is Annex No 6.1 to the SWZ (list of unit prices), related to the removal of street lighting failures caused by external causes caused, among others, by road collisions, acts of vandalism, etc. or related to the need to rebuild/construct street lighting resulting from the need to adapt it to the applicable regulations and introduced changes in the communication system, improvement of road conditions, construction or reconstruction of the road, etc. The detailed subject and scope of the Agreement are specified in the Description of the Subject of the Order - Annex No 10 to the FTZ.
