Medical services in the field of psychological examination of candidates for service in the Police and Commission medical examinations laid down in the Regulation of the Minister for the Interior and Administration of 30 August 2007 laying down detailed rules for conducting the selection procedure for persons applying to be admitted to the service of the Police (Journal Journal of Laws No 170, item 1202, as amended), in the Regulation of the Minister for the Interior and Administration of 9 July 1991 on the jurisdiction and procedure of medical committees under the responsibility of the Minister for the Interior (Journal of Laws Journal of Laws No 79, item 349 as amended) and Guideline No 7 of the Commander-in-Chief of the Police of 29 November 2004 on medical case-law in the Police, including:
1. carry out Commission medical examinations and, on the basis thereof, issue decisions on:
— the (physical and psychological) capacity of a candidate for police service,
— suitability for further service in the Police or in the post occupied,
— the percentage of injury caused by an accident or illness in connection with the service,
— the death of a police service,
— the grant of sick leave.
2. The approval of judgments issued by the Regional Medical Commission or the issuing of judgments, by way of supervision or appeal, by the Regional Medical Commission.
