Description

The Logistics Centre of the Bavarian Police (LZBP) intends to conclude a framework agreement on the basis of the procurement documents at issue for the supply of automotive consumables and accessories as well as automotive workshop supplies for all associations of the Bavarian Police. The contract to be awarded is divided into territorial and technical lots. Four lots are formed. The contract duration of the framework agreement for all lots does not start before 01.01.2025. The framework agreement shall expire uniformly for all lots on 31.12.2026. There is the possibility of a two-time extension for one additional year. After the expiry of the maximum possible contract period as of 31.12.2028, the contract will automatically end per lot without the need for termination.
