Description

Acquisition of Systematic Registration Services in the Integrated System of Cadastre and Land Registry of Real Estate within UAT Videle, in accordance with the Tender Specifications. The main stages of providing systematic registration services consist of: organizing systematic cadastre works, recognizing the land, identifying the boundaries of the buildings, establishing the boundaries of the buildings located outside the built-up area, preparing the data sheet of the building, identifying the owners and collecting the documents, drawing up the technical documents of the cadastre, publishing the technical documents of the cadastre, receiving and solving the requests for rectification, updating the technical documents of the cadastre. The main stages of providing information systems modernization services consist of: analysing the current situation, collecting data, adapting IT solutions to the needs of the ATU, installing and configuring hardware and software infrastructure, installing IT solutions, exchanging data with the applications used, testing solutions, training users, putting them into production.In accordance with Article 160 of Law 98/2016, the contracting authority has set two deadlines within which it will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information received from economic operators, namely 20 days and 11 days before the deadline set for the submission of tenders. The first deadline responds to requests for clarifications received 27 days before the deadline set for submission of tenders, and the second deadline responds to requests for clarifications received 18 days before the deadline set for submission of tenders.
